"I cannot praise Banwells highly enough. They sourced a new wire chain for my Tahitian pearl and diamond pendant while preserving the original fittings. They also managed to source an exact matching earring back, which I genuinely did not think would be possible. I bought the pendant and earrings as a set in 2001, so after all these years it meant a great deal to me that they were able to preserve the integrity of the original set so carefully. Although the original wire chain was badly frayed and beyond repair, they credited me for the value of the old 18ct gold and created a replacement that retains the delicate elegance of the original while feeling far more substantial and secure. My particular thanks go to Kate, who was outstanding throughout. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also wonderfully patient, reassuring and attentive at every stage.
