Not a team to be deterred by an extensively long list of tricky jobs, Alex Graves Morris and his brilliant team of builders have been working tirelessly over the last couple of months, ticking off items from the seemingly never-ending to-do list. To give you an idea of the intricate and vital aspects of the restoration of County House, we thought we'd share the bones of this list with you...

• retain the herringbone struts in the ceiling

• ⁠retain the steel support for the curved bay window

  
  

  

• repoint entire external brickwork

• repair front internal gutter

• restore the concrete detail about the bay window and recast top detailed slab

• repair scrolling detail on top front wall panel

  
  

  

• retain and refurbished curved front facia and soffit

• retain the original entrance doors

• replace the curved glass in the window
