Shipping Policy

All orders for delivery within the UK are free and sent via Royal Mail special delivery to ensure a fast reliable and trackable service. If your order is placed before 3pm we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. There are some factors that may affect dispatch, such as ring sizing or any requested alterations.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the first working day of the following week, usually a Monday, although Tuesdays after a bank holiday.

Please note that for worldwide delivery any applicable import duties are the buyers responsibility. To find out if such charges will be applicable to you please contact your local customs authority or ask us for further information.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods and wish to return your purchase to us we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase and return any pieces in their original condition and packaging together with any documentation within 30 days of placing your order.
