If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods and wish to return your purchase to us we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase and return any pieces in their original condition and packaging together with any documentation within 30 days of placing your order. 

 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of postage for returned goods. 

 

• We endeavor to dispatch goods within 1-2 business days, however we shall not be held responsible for any delays which occur during shipping.
• The majority of our pieces are pre-owned and therefore may have imperfections associated with general wear and age. Please read our condition report carefully which will describe any distinctive flaws before purchasing any goods. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods after the return period has expired.
• Our pieces have been appraised based on our professional opinions and are described as such, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between our assessments and any third party evaluations, unless this relates to the authenticity of the piece itself.
• We maintain the right to refuse the return of any goods which we believe have been altered or damaged since purchase, or are not in their original packaging.
• We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred from local import customs duty and tax or any local import restrictions when goods are shipped internationally. The location of a particular item will be stated in each product description.

Will you buy my jewellery from me, or take a part exchange?

Absolutely! We are always happy to consider purchasing or part exchanging any pieces you have. Simply contact us to make an appointment with our buyer who will evaluate your items and, in most cases, will make the strongest offer possible on your items. You are not obliged in any way and there is no charge for our time.

Can any ring be re sized?

The majority of our rings can be resized but there can be exceptions. If there is a chance sizing could be problematic we will usually mention it in the item’s description. If a ring needs to be altered considerably it is advisable to get in touch to discuss the details. 

 

Do you provide valuation certificates with your pieces?

We provide a valuation for insurance purposes with every piece over the value of £1000 giving accurate details according to our professional opinion which will satisfy the requirements of your insurance provider.

If further certificates from independent bodies are required we can obtain these at extra cost.
